Guest guest
Did anyone see any red flags in the iodine supplement that I typed in yesterday? Also, here's where I get discouraged. is saying she's never felt that much better on this diet. And now things are giving her diarrhea. The goofy thing is when we went into this, she just did the diet and ate what is ok on it. But after the flare last week and we did the intro, and now stage 1, things have changed. She ate a few monster cookies (that she could eat before the flare) and it gave her diarrhea. So I see where she's discouraged. Just wanted advice on this. I still question if we're on the right track here, by doing this diet or not. I wish someone had her exact situation and can tell me that yes, it works and yes, I'm on the right track. Or do I just have to see that she's finally back in school and going to youth group, etc. and that should be proof enough that it's working (plus she's been bathed in prayer). (So, the Lord is working too. Not just the diet.) Thanks to all of you out there that respond to my emails. I'm sorry if I repeat myself or sound neurotic.
