Guest guest Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 MY BLOOD RESULTS My blood result come back with Na, K, Cl on the lower range and the blood Cortisol hormone extreme low, 2.6, while the normal range is between 6 and 22. This shows I have adrenal insufficiency, that was why I have extreme fatigue and no energy to do anything. I am sure doctor would put me on prednisone, but I dont want to start with steroid therapy for the fear that I will get dependant forever and that will also make my deodenal ulcer, gastritis and GERD worse. What should I do, start on multivitamins and minerals, which ones and which micro nutrients, from which company and which names , pls suggest so that I could make an order from the USA, becuase I am at present in Vietnam, and nothing of that stuff available here.
