I seem to be fine on that but how will I know before I start to raise. When you do the temps which one is for adrenals and which is for adrenals. Adrenal temperature check is a link from here http://thyroid-rt3.com/adrenals.htm > >I have gone over this site and I am more lost than ever as to what to do. Ask questions and we will try and help >My reverse T3 does not seem high to me am I wrong or what > After shuffling the decimal point to allow for units you have a FT3/RT3 ratio of 13 and we are looking for that to be 20 or greater to feel well so yes, you have an RT3 issue Nick

How long have you been on that? Is the compounding sustained release?? What is your pulse doing? What labs have you got? Have you got saliva labs from before HC? Most people dose HC 4 times a day in a diminishing dose so 20 would be taken as 10 5 2.5 2.5 for instance Can you give us some background and we will try and help Nick
Guest guest
I have been dealing with since the STTM site was on. I have hashi, notw hypo and one doc says I have addison s and the other say I don't/I has said I have a RT3 problem, can't seem to get the cortef and T3 I need. Where do you get the cortef so that you can take as much as you guys talk about. Lasted Labs Free T3 383 Reverse T3 29 Ferritin 85 Free T4 2.59 Vit D 96 I don't know about my pulse, how do I take it. Cortisol saliva test while on HC, Just did not take it before the test 13 early morning 95 noon 15 4-5pm 23 midnight My earlier corisol was horribly dpressed. I have tried armour, T4/T# combos and have terrible stomach problems. I just take the Compounded T3 of 20 mcg 2x a day and the cortef as I showed earlier 10 morning and 10 at noon. I am on female hormones, DHEA because it was low,all the supplements that we should be on Since I am on the T3 and cortef already. How do I dose it to start dealing with rT3 issue. I am just not quiet understanding how to do this. Thanks for you help and hope this is enough info. I do have blood on the forums from back in 2006. I unfortunately have been at this for a long time and just and the end of my rope in how to do this. I just got the STTM book today. The book does not really talk about how much cortef you need. Thanks for you help Ellen > > >6am > >10mcg T3 (compounded) > >10mg cortef > > > >12pm > >10mcg T3 > >10mg of cortef > > > >I will start graphing tomorrow and see what the temps are I feel bad real bad and need some help quick. > > How long have you been on that?
