pecan flour again - sorry

my almond flour is blanched and the pecans aren't -but looking next to

each other they do lookalike (fine wise)- I think I was thrown off by

the color adding texture??

anyone that has had/made both have any thoughts???

I think almond flour looks like white flour. Pecan flour looks like whole

wheat. At least to me. Maybe that's why I think my pecan souffle bread

tastes like whole wheat.

sorry i read this and never thanked you - that's exactly it - now i'm

not afraid and less nausea since yesterday so i think i'll try

pancakes with flour now - living on the edge!
