Guest guest
I have to stop eating pepperoni and cheese for dinner. I had flax for brekkie, stir fry chicken and veggies for lunch, pepp and cheese and a salad for dinner and an atkins bar for a snack. What do you want to bet the scale doesn't move tomorrow. I am not drinking enough water and I didn't walk. I am just slacking off everything since I am no longer on the island challenge. Speaking of that, whatever happened to ? corky Today, BOTC Well, I didn't do too well today, have barely had anything to eat, but did get my water in so I will have a better day tomorrow. I've been so busy lately, I have to get used to this schedule some year! *LOL* How'd everyone else do?? Norma, Dot, JJ, a, , Sue, Dianne...??? ANyone I'm forgetting??? Reports reports! Guest guest
dsDo your best, Dianne....I didn't walk yesterday either cause I had this stupid headache for two days...today I got in 3.875 (LOL...I am having to convert from Kms so don't think I am being really picky) at a 4.0 pace. Then I did some housecleaning and fell asleep watching People's Court right in the middle of the morning!!! So...I am waiting with baited breath to hear your case...when it is over, of course...know you can't discuss it!!! Joya Yesterday I started Jury Duty and it rained all day. No exercise for me..... but I had a chef salad at the court and a chicken fajieta salad for dinner. Today they dismissed us early today, so I came home and made tuna with celery and mayo and am getting ready for a LONG walk before it starts storming again. S T E A K S for dinner... perhaps asparagus and another veggie. The water is going down easy... trying for 75 oz each day.
