Does one ever stress dose with T3 similar to HC?

It seems that after evening meetings (which I have 2-4 times a week) that the

next day I am exhausted -- and the meetings aren't all that stressfull, in my

opinion.

Could I take a little extra T3 going into the meeting or as I'm going to bed to

help with this?

Thanks,

Jeanne

I don't stress dose as such but have been known to either bring a dose

forward or take an extra one if I have a very long day coming up.

It's a case of try it and see what works for you, a slight T3 overdose

wears off in a few hours.

Thanks for this answer and the one about sublingual T3 and iron. Sooner or

later it's going to click! Hoping for sooner, which is a distinct possibility

with less brain fog! Hurrah!

I missed the answer to sublingual T3 and iron, and I've been looking all over

for it! WHat is the answer? Can you take your T3 around your iron if you take

it sublingually? I did that this morning and my temps dropped from 98.6 on

waking (unheard of!!) to 97.1 after I took it. It could be coincidence. Or,

could the iron really have blocked the absorption of the T3 that much?!?! I'm

working on ferritin issues on adrenal list. But, I need to know this one, as

I'm Rt3 and have to get BOTH the T3 and iron in me!

Here's what Nick said, in addition to Val's answer...

>Does the four hour iron rule count if one take T3 sublingually?

Nope, you can do sublingual without iron getting in the way
