numbness indicates need for more t3 ?

I have numbness in left shoulder (feels numb and hard like a rock, and worsens

when outside in the cold; it is near the site of the surgical incision of neck

dissection)

Sometimes it's better, other times it's worse. When it is worse I am not sure

whether it indicates a drop in cortisol, a need for more t3, or what?

Any ideas?

Thanks!
