Val and all - SUPER HIGH BP - stress dosing HC and cold medicine the culprit???

Went to see Dr. Linfoot recently (not all that impressed) and will give my

doc recommendation to groups later, but my BP was 170/71, tested again as they

could not believe it and it was something like 165/70. Needless to say I

panicked. I have been stress dosing HC the past 4 days due to a cold (an extra

5mgs per dose so now at 65mgs daily) and am concerned. BP was always fine

before HC but went up to the 140s range.

Of course this doctor is already asking a million questions about why I'm on the

HC and wanting documentation from a doctor as to the assessment. ly he

seems just like the rest of them with lack of education on adrenal fatigue. Am

a little annoyed as he came recommended from the group list as someone who seems

educated on HC and adrenal disease.

I have also been taking tylenol cold medicine and just noticed that there are

warnings on the package about taking it if you have high blood pressure and or

thyroid disease. Woops. I'm guessing this could be the culprit for the super

high BP as well as the high dose of HC?

Thoughts anyone???
