Guest guest
My ferritin has been aroun 90 for several months now, so I don't think that is the problem. I've been on 20 HC for several months now without any problems, often needed less, it seemed. But several days since I got up to 62.5 t3 I've had bad heart pounding and panic attacks from HELL. My temps seemed stable, so I thought maybe just too much t3. So I went back down to 50 t3 and it didn't help, yesterday only 43.75. Past 2 days, my temps are dropping after the 2nd t3 dose, so I figured low cortisol. Today, I only took 25 t3 so far, my temps dropped to 98 (they should be 99 since I'm in the luteal phase), so I took extra HC today -- 25 mg and it stopped some of the heart pounding right away and temps have hovered around 98.9 all day without taking any more t3. So I think this is low cortisol, right? But the last 2 HC doses seemed to make my heart pounding worse. I thought maybe a dump, but my temp is not higher than 98.9, my pulse is 100 which is high for me. Plus the HC made me nauseas and I haven't been nausesa at all until I took the extra HC today. Did I take too much and shut down my ACTH? Please help, I'm a bit scared here. I don't know if I should skip the bedtime t3 dose of 12.5. TIA, Kathleen
