do you still dilute juice????

when should we stop???

I do not dilute Tropicana pulp-free orange at this point. I can drink 1-2

cups of this in any given day. Most of the time I do not dilute the

Knudsen's, but I can only tolerate about a 4 ounce glass in any day.

Couldn't tell you when I was able to stop diluting, but I know it was

some years in. I just tested occasionally, and if I had a reaction, I

sighed, and went back to diluting.

For many people, OJ is hard to tolerate. For me it wasn't. In fact, it

was the first juice I was able to have. However, I don't do it every day

-- usually just on weekends when Harry is home, and we're having bacon

and eggs.

I also can't do Knudsen's every day, either, even though I love the

pomegranate, blueberry, and tart cherry. They're special treats,

maybe once or twice a week.

When I said 1 cup of undiluted orange juice, and 4 ounces of Knudsen's in

a day, that was my max. I couldn't do it every day! Sorry if I was

unclear about that. I'm not quite as bad as Kim when it comes to juices,

but I do have to be very careful with them, and too much fruit of any

description.
