I am wondering how to make the

pecan butter? Do I just purchase regular pecans like I see at Cosco or

grocery store? Do I have to do anything to the pecan before putting them

in the food processor? I do have some pecan flour from Digestive

Wellness... could I use this to make the butter? Are there any butters

already made that I could purchase in the store?

You can use regular pecans to whiz into butter in the food processor if

you have one. I don't. You don't have to do anything to the pecan,

provided it's been shelled!

I like to use the pecan flour from Sunnyland Farms when making desserts

and things.

Because their pecan flour is high quality, the service is exemplary and

quick, and the shipping is free in the continental US.
