Guest guest
I bet most of you have had some experience with slow pulse being Hypo.Mine has been in the 80s lately. Probably due to the raise in T3. I am at 30 mcg daily now. Week 7.HOWEVER... In the past few days I've seen my pulse go a bit DOWN, actually, after upping to 30 mcg, from 25.Right now my pulse is about 55. Wondering what this means. Guest guest
Mhm. And would the Hypo happen to be more and more evident as I raise my T3 dose, after each dose falls down and my body is ready for the next dose? Or will FT3 stay pretty much the same between the doses? Thanks!T. Just that you are still hypo.

If you are hypo you will feel cycling between doses This will become more noticeable as your T4 levels sink down and you are using more and more of the supplemented T3 instead of the home produced " converted from T4 " T3. You are increasing dose late each tine you need an increase which slows the whole " T4 reduction " process down and leaves you more and more hypo as when you eventually try and increase it's no longer enough to clear your hypo symptoms. Guest guest
Great explanation! Thanks Nick!So you recommend me upping my doser faster? Just worried about that Ferritin, hoping it will stay up! Taking 50 mg iron daily now. Know I need more. I'll just test my Ferritin while taking iron to see what it's like, for a while. Then after 2 months I'll stop taking iron and test my Ferritin for "real" again.PS! Still got that headache! >Mhm. Guest guest
>Great explanation! Thanks Nick! Glad it makes sense, you are in the chase period now, following the reduction in T4 with a raise in additional T3 and you are behind the curve as it were >So you recommend me upping my doser faster? Guest guest
I really needed to go slowly in the beginning because of the Ferritin. Now I can hopefully go a little bit faster with >T3.Gonna try upping the iron in the coming days. I always take my iron with 1000 mg Vitamin C, and some orange juice. Just a sip of it. I was doing my iron 2 x 75 mg daily before I stopped taking it before taking the blood sample. Now I just take my iron before I go to bed. But it sucks waiting 1 hour after my last "bedtime" T3 dose to take the iron! :pLOL, I have one improvement that happened last night: I didn't get skipped heartbeats constantly during the final moments of the sexual act, as I've gotten in the past 2 (!) years. Maybe it was just a coincidence, maybe it was T3 finally working in me. Will keep plotting everything that happens in my diary.Gonna use your tip (I was also advised getting Aspirin last week) and finally go out and buy some Aspirin. We only get it at special pharmacies here. Aspirin is not very well known in Norway. We mostly use Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. >Great explanation! Thanks Nick!
