Hi, Val,I saw you mentioned in another thread sweating may be due to low cortisol or adrenaline. I sometimes wake up in a sweat. Such as this morn. temp was 98.1 and glucose was 78. Ear is aching as well. Y'think it might be low cortisol issue?

So what's the thing to do? take more hc at night? or add more hc the day before? or could the sweating be related to an infection?

Could be any of the three.

Getting the dose and timinng right is very individual and

unfortunately involves some trial and error
