Guest guest
As you are on 2.5 grains natural the usual starting pooint would be 25mcg but being PG I owuld push it higher. I woudl try starting wiht 50mcg and split ti inot 4 doses. Baby needs T3 too and is not gettign enough like htis so the sooner you get unhypo the better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Oh and the slow release I do nto think is a good idea right now as it is known to be 50% POTENCY OF REGULAR OR LESS! I woudl go wiht a known thing so you cna get unhypo as quickly as is possible. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
THanks so much, Val! Do I continue with a lesser dose of the NT for a while, though, or scrap it right away? > > As you are on 2.5 grains natural the usual starting pooint would be > 25mcg but being PG I owuld push it higher. Guest guest
Good to know, I will forego the Dr.'s suggestion and stick to regular T3! Thanks for sharing your knowledge (again and again and again....) > > Oh and the slow release I do nto think is a good idea right now as it is > known to be 50% POTENCY OF REGULAR OR LESS! Guest guest
I would drop it as it is only making too much RT3 and the sooner that si gone the better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Hi Val, So I dropped the NT and took my 50mcg of T3 (in 4 doses) and did well except for being very tired and feeling really cold all day. How soon can I add another 12.5mcg of T3? Do I have to wait at least 5 days or can I bump it up sooner? Thanks again! in CA
Guest guest
Yes if in 3 days you still feel tired and cold, increase it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
