Guest guest
> I went to take my normal dose of 5mcg Cytomel and took my temp before I took it- it was still 98.6. I took my 5mcg cytomel and 1/2hr later took my temperature (because I am learning) and my temperature was 97.2! Not enough cortisol for that size dose > >Does that mean I need to lower the 5mcg to 2.5mcg? I was going to add another 5mcg this afternoon...??? > Either take more doses at 2.5 each or add more isocort >I felt great! My hands were cold but I had some energy and I didn't have anxiety! My pulse was normal. When I took the temperature, it was time to take my Isocort- which I took. That may have helped bring it up, do you take the isocort and T3 at the same time?? Guest guest
Thanks, Nick! I took my temperature 1/2hr after I took my normal Isocort dosage and it went back up... I don't want to add more Isocort to throw off my body... Should I just try to use the T3 when I usually take my Isocort? I want to make sure I am doing this correctly and not hurting myself.. I have come too far. > > > I went to take my normal dose of 5mcg Cytomel and took my temp before I took it- it was still 98.6. Good clue there > >I don't want to add more Isocort to throw off my body... Timing the isocort and T3 together seems a good plan Nick
