Guest guest
Jackie, Chemo and the fear of how it's going to make you feel is something we can all identify with. On the plus side, it sounds as if your oncologist is supportive and very ready to assist you with meds to counter the side effects of chemo. I had very aggressive chemo and my worst side effect was unrelenting fatigue. I never experienced nausea, never threw up. Had several other side effects, but was able to "survive" them all. I would not insult your intelligence by telling you that chemo is easy. It is not. But, it is doable - and a tremendous life saver. Please share any problems you may be having with your doctor and the group. We'll be glad to share our survival tips with you.
