I would err on the side of caution that the pellets only contain 1.5 mg HC. That's my experience anyway, although they could be a tad more. I think you will quickly tell by symptoms if you're at the right dose. I know in one post Val said 3 Isocort were about 5 mg, so you could go by that, too.
