Guest guest
One of my suppliers at work brought me 2 six packs of Ramapo Valley Breweries Passover Honey Beer. He found it in Vermont 200 miles from me. Now the taste review.... I like it! Of course I am biased, I haven't had a beer since June! The taste is similar to a hand craft ale, like a honey wheat ale, but sweeter. It is made with water, molasses, hops, honey and Passover yeast. The honey taste comes thru, but overall not too heavy. It is not lite and bubbly like a pilsner. It is smooth and tasty, but I doubt I would drink more than 2 in a night, it is filling! If you get the chance, and like beer, I highly recommend it. And with this I raise a glass to all of you " There is hope! " Mike in MA
