I keep dealing with fungus since I started the AP. lynne. a few days after i had " full blown " RA symptoms set in, i tried this 3 day grape thing, which i read in some book (sorry folks to be so horribly vague). ANYWAY, i have not had the " guts " to try this again, but i recall that my pain went away. at the time i just thought it was a fluke. i still wonder if it was in my head or if something really happened. BUT, i also remember that i was so hungry that i wanted to chew my ARM off!!! anyway, i think the key to this is have lots of other activities which take your thoughts off your stomach before you try it. the jest was that you only eat grapes, and drink water for 3 days to cleanse your body. then you gradually add non-offensive/arthritic foods back into your diet, and the offensive ones (one each week) to determine what you are allergic to. OFFENSIVE FOODS: just about everything, but mostly: wheat, dairy, fruit, night shade plants, and tomatoes. i also determined that the only thing you can really safely eat is broccoli (at least that is how it felt to me!!!) i wish some bold person would give this a shot. let me know if it REALLY works!!!!
