Hi, I joined the list a few weeks ago (the one whose husband doesn't

think I can do this). I've been reading messages but do not post

regularly. I finally made the decision and started the induction

this past Tuesday (5/29). I logged my menu into FitDay this evening

and wanted to run today's menu by you. I just want to make sure I'm

doing everything correctly. I appreciate any suggestions/advice you

can provide.

Breakfast

4 Hardboiled Eggs (2 carbs)

7 Slices Bacon (0 carbs)

Lunch

2 Hamburger Patties - Fried (0 carbs)

2 Slices Cheddar Cheese (2 carbs)

Dinner

Baked Salmon - approx 1 cup (1 carb)

Cottage Cheese - approx 1 cup (6 carbs)

Snack

8 Deviled Egg Halves (6 carbs)

Total(s): Calories = 2771, Carbs = 18, Fat = 9, Protein = 26

The only beverage I had all day was water and plenty of it! I must

mention that I am 5'7 and weigh 189 pounds.
