Working on a SCD cookbook

Hey guys. I have a pretty strong background in cooking (good thing I

did not specialize in pastries and I also have close ties with a

variety of chefs in the area. I have been leaning on them to help me

come up with ideas for food variety that comply with SCD. We have

come up with many recipes that are SCD compliant that are not in the

other SCD cook books. I have observed many on various forums looking

for variety and quick fix options and one meal wonders. I believe I

have this resource and am strongly considering the development of

another cookbook resource for SCD. I believe I can do this because I

have chefs who have produced cookbooks on their own who are willing to

help. I figure it would be yet another added resource for recipes.

Given this is my idea, I am looking for feedback on 1) do you think

another cookbook would be of value 2)recipes that you would like to

see 3)I will eventually need to multi test the recipes as well so when

I get to that stage, if anyone might be interested in being a test or

of a recipe and offering feedback to make sure SCD compliant and easy

to follow let me know.
