I would like to get acquainted with the group here.I have arthritis and I am only 36 years old. What I'm doing is watch my diet carefully. I seldomly eat beef, pork and seafoods (1x/month combined), mainly fish, chicken (excuding the skin) and vegetables plus fruits. It helps a lot.Actually, my mother was attacked by arthritis 5 months after I was born. The only joint which is not affected is the jaw so she can talk and eat. Other than that, her movement is less than 5% from normal. She's 76 years old now.I keep changing food supplements because I dont see such improving results. (I normally take a certain food supplement for 3 months. That should be sufficient enough to experience some results.) What do you guys recommend?I really appreciate your response.Regards,Dor Marchanemail:esmm1969@...tel:(586)822-4548 Celebrate 's 10th Birthday!
