i'd like to hear from others as to whether or not they supplement with selenium

and any negative effects. i've been taking it because, in addition to cytomel,

i've been taking iodoral and it's one of the " companion " supplements. now i'm

not sure if i should be taking it (or the iodoral-but that's a whole other topic

for discussion).

Thanks and Val for posting on this....I was taking selenium too thinking

it would give me more T3....but I just got worse...muscle weakness and achiness!

I have high RT3.... I think it helps convert to RT3!!

I have supplemented with it. I follow the iodine protocol and take 200 µg a day.
