You will go througha zillion handmixers. May as well invest in a stand mixer now, bc you will spend that much in hand mixers by the time you finally give in and get a stand mixer.

Are there any hand mixers that can handle bread dough or do you haveto have a stand mixer? Just burned out my hand mixer. Kinda figuredit wasn't strong enough but I didn't think I would burn it out - ouch!I don't really have much counter space right now.Maureen in NH
