Guest guest
Am hoping someone can provide some ideas on the following: I have been experiencing edema in my legs daily now for some time. It actaully has gotten a little better since I have been eating more sodium (strange) and have decreased my potassium intake as well. I am just trying to get a read as to is this related ro my thyroid or more of an adrenal issue. I am pending labs so unfortunately I do not have much to offer in that regard, however I can say that since increasing my Cytomel (and now having temps in the 97's as opposed to the 95's) and adjusting potassium there is some improvment. In addition I have an ongoing problem with bloating after I eat on an almost daily basis. It became very pronounced with eggs and raw veggies...never had an issue until the last 6 months. Any ideas/suggestions welcome and thank you!
Guest guest
You might try some Betaine HCl wiht meals to help with the bloating. As far as edema it can be from electrolyte imbalance or from low thyroid pr both. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
