Didn't sleep great well last night (but still better than before T3. Woke up

again @6 and took my am dose of T3 - 25 mcg--and fell back to sleep. Since

getting up at 7:30 I have been SO TIRED! My temps are normal, maybe a tad low

@98.8 for where I am, but my pulse is 100. Have I gone past my adrenals

ability, and if so why if I'm taking my normal dose? Trying to figure out if I

need to take more T3 or hold off.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've been trying to put a chart together (from the website and comments here) to

be able to consult, but can't find the answer to this from what I've gathered so

far:

Fast pulse, missing heart beats, and a low temperature:

-Classic symptoms low sodium.

-Try the " salted water test " and see if your pulse drops within an hour

Fast pulse and a High temperature:

-Infection or too much t3 and temporarily HYPERthyroid.

-Reduce T3 for a day to a much lower dose.

-In 24 hours, build up over a day or two to find your dose, taking care not to

overshoot.

Fast pulse and temps low:

-Might indicate either high T3 or adrenaline form low cortisol.

Normal rate pulse but Heart pounding. Temps are low but stable:

-Heart pounding is usually low thyroid or adrenal stress.

-Low temps confirm it is not high T3. Try upping T3.

Temp drops, very tired after T3:

-Divide the T3 into smaller doses and take them more often.

-If this doesn't work, adrenal support.
