Guest guest
Hi My daughter got one of those Gazelles and she loves it. I tried it but the first thing I noticed was how hard it was for me to mount and then, after I got on it, how much strain it put on my hips. It looks like such a smooth riding, fun thing to do but the effort required to change the direction of the swing is what hurt me. I decided to just stick with my sit down exercise video. It seems to be the best thing for me. As a fellow RA sufferer, your opinion would be valued. We both need something for exercise that doesn't take up a lot of space, and is low impact. We live in the country, and in this weather, I'm terrified of falling when walking. So the Gazelle looks ideal. Do you find it stresses your hips? Thanks for your input on this.
