Guest guest Posted March 2, 2006 Report Share Posted March 2, 2006 You don't have to throw it out -- bread crumbs are what my mess ups or dry outs become for meatloaf, meatballs, crab cakes, salmon patties etc. Crumble the bread as best as possible, lay on cookie sheet, place in oven at 250 for a hour, then let sit overnight -- I think that is the way BH says to do it. Guest guest Posted March 17, 2006 Report Share Posted March 17, 2006 I made bread Yesterday with Hemp I did not know Hemp was brown I used only 1/4 cup. The taste is totally differend also it smells not bad smell. I will bake it again but not at reg. Like the other breads I make. Bud it is suppose very good protein in it.
