RA and exercise

Hi All,

Dodie here, haven't posted in awhile but I continue to read the

digests when I can. This thread about exercise made me think about

a set of tapes I had a long time ago called P.A.C.E....People with

Arthritis Can Exercise. Not sure now whatever happened to them

as I don't have them anymore but I did exercise with those tapes when

I did have them. I did find a place where one can borrow the tapes:

rary/

Here's the tape on Half.com for $5 less than what the Arthritis

Foundation is selling it for:

There's a couple tapes on Ebay as well. They are not the P.A.C.E.

ones though (it's not my auction and I don't know the seller):

I've been feeling pretty well this year so far. Have cleaned up my diet

from the sugar and wheat and that has helped me ALOT! My pain levels

are WAY reduced. I have to remember to take my one Celebrex at night as

I don't feel like I need it in the AM. I feel very blessed about the

improvement

in my RA pain. I'm on Humira and Methotrexate as well but I've spaced out

those meds too and have been doing the Humira every three weeks.

I'm glad for the person who asked about exercise. I've needed some

encouragement to start doing something again, even if it's for just a few

minutes. Thank you.

Best Wishes,

Dodie
