Guest guest
On thyroid-rt3.com, you advise taking T3 1 hour before or 4 hours after iron supplement. On a 3 hour dosage regimen (7A, 10A, 1P, 3P, 7P) it's impossible to take one of the standard iron supplements while awake and I have not yet mastered taking medicine while asleep. Does the same restriction apply to a chelated product e.g., Blue Bonnet or can it just be taken with meals? Thanks, Lee

Taking the T3 sublingually on the dose near the iron is one way round that problem. It gets into the bloodstream without meeting the iron that way.
