Another protien drink recipe

I haven't seen anyone write this protien drink recipe so I thought

I'd share it with you. Each morning I brew about 6 ounces of

espresso, add it to my blender with about 6 ounces of lactaid milk, 1

packet of sweet & low, and 2 scoops of chocholate Designer Protien,

blend, then pour over ice. " Designer " latte! Between the protien

powder and the milk it's about 40 grams of protien. It takes me an

hour or longer to drink this, and I use it to wash down all my

vitamins--which I now have the capacity to take.
