I am afraid to open it in case it is a scam/virus.

Marcy, you can open it and take a look without worrying about the content.

Viruses can only infect your machine if you click on untrustworthy links and/or

install things. Just looking at the message won't hurt.

I am a computer technician (or at least I used to be before I got ill).
