Evening Cortisol levels causing problems??

Hi all,

I am on week 3 of T3 only - coming from 2 years of Armour. I was on 2 grains of Armour which meant that I should start around 25 mcg of T3. Have had a difficult time tolerating dosing. I have spread them out into smaller, more frequent doses and this seems to help and I am around 25 mcg/day now. During the day things seem to be going pretty well. I feel good, bpm stabilizes, and temps are going up. However, the last few nights, late in the evening around 9pm - 2am or so, my heart rate is going through the roof and I feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. When I have been spreading out the smaller doses, I am doing it all day and evening. I noticed on dosing page of RT3 website that generally dosing goes 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, and then bedtime. I've been dosing into the evening ie. 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and then bedtime, with 2/5 - 5 mcg per dose. Could these

evening doses be causing my problem since that is when cortisol levels drop? Today, I thought I would try 5mcg at 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm and then bedtime like the dosing page suggests -- so we'll see, but was just wondering if my logic makes sense?

Thanks,

Beth
