Guest guest
* I am currently taking 30 mcg T3 daily: 10, 5, 5, 5, 5 - 3 hour separation between doses.* I am on 27.5 mg HC daily too: 7.5, 7.5, 5, 5, 2.5 - 3 hour separation. I take it with the T3.* I am taking chelated iron, and am currently at 50 mg daily. My Ferritin was 64 last week.* I take a bunch of vitamins and supplements: C, D3, E, B-Complex, Selenium, Magnesium, Omega 3, K2 - Recently cut the Zinc away from my supplement regime.* I drink 1 tea spoon sea salt daily with 1 liter (0.25 gallon) of water. Is there anything I should watch in my blood, saliva or urine? Other than my FT3, FT4, TSH and rT3? I am thinking about conditions caused by taking HC, or anything else that might appear when you're Hypo and/or have AF.Is it VERY important that I start taking Testosterone suppelements? My Testosterone is at 10 in the blood. Range is from 10 to 60. I am LOW. I heard one can get heart issues, bad ones, with low Testosterone.I have an appointment at Hertoghe in late February. What a system they have for their patients. It's not too simple, to put it mildly. And that's a good thing! I look forward to hearing what Thierry Hertoghe has to say about my health. Might be a difficult case, also considering I'm already on T3-only and HC. (Thyroid and Cortisol results in blood and urine will be skewed!) But it'll be interesting, nevertheless. What is recommended regarding physical activities while on a low level of T3-only, and HC for AF? I walk 1-2 times daily. About 15-20 minutes total. Can't do much more than that. Should I do some crunches or something in my apartment or what?
