Seasonally Adjusted Christmas

Thanks for posting the articles Lesley, they made a good read (well, I didn't

read all of the rant about Christmas not being Christian anymore - it began to

sound as though the journalist was foaming at the mouth). I phoned DH at his

hotel in New York a few times a week or so ago, it sounded very strange to be

greeted with " Happy Holidays " . For me, the minister at DS3's Christmas party

summed it up, he asked us to remember what our children had been like as tiny

babies and then reminded us that Jesus entered the world like that.

Well, I have DH at home for a week now (whoopee!). I think it best to go no

mail for a while so he doesn't feel neglected. Anyone want to do a sweepstake on

how long it will be before I'm back? ;-))
