Hydrocortisone Cream conversion from pills

I just realized that I have 10 days of HC left and I'm going on a trip to return

home on the 11th day (I've ordered more and it should be here when I get back).

So I will need to use the HC cream that last day away. I've checked the files

but couldn't find the conversion info. on how much to use and how often. Can

someone please direct me?

Hi ,

The FAQ is in the NTH_Adrenal files. The conversion 10mL of 1% cream = 10mg

cortisol. Use cream on thighs and stomach switching location each day.

Cream can be found in the anti-itch section in walgreens, walmart, etc. I found

the petroleum based creams don't work for me. The cheap store brand without aloe

is working fine for me.

I was able to get a 1mL and 3mL oral dosing syringes for free by asking at the

pharmacy counter at walmart.
