Yesterday I increased my HC after Val recommended I may just not be on enough

because I was feeling so bad, even though my temps had seemed pretty stable and

I passed the BP test. I went from 7.5/5/5/2.5/2.5 to taking 10/10/5/5/2.5/2.5.

Well I did have a better day and barely woke up with barely a sweat during the

night. This morning my basal temp was 98.2! It is never over 97.7.
