Guest guest
>However, 2 hours later, I feel very sleepy. VERY. And I can't take another T3 dose just 2 hours after the last 10 mcg dose? You delay these increases until you are very hypo >Also, how many days will it take before my body " gets used to " this new dose I am on? The T3 level from what you are supplementing will stabilise after 3 days. This will however push T4 further down and this will reduce the converted T3 again. Most of the effect of that will be there after a week but it's 6 weeks for full T4 stability Nick
Guest guest
Thanks for the technical bit! But what do you mean "I delay these increases until I am very hypo" ? Didn't get it. :-( Do you mean I must wait to increase T3 til I am Hypo? Or did you mean like I'm an idiot cause I'm waiting too long before I do so, as a fact? Haha.. >However, 2 hours later, I feel very sleepy. VERY. And I can't take another T3 dose just 2 hours after the last 10 mcg dose? Guest guest
Well, yeah.. But I am likely to increase T3 faster these days now that my Ferritin (hopefully) is really high enough to increase T3 a bit. This is my second day on 35 mcg, doing 10, 10, 5, 5, 5 and I feel the difference. Yesterday I felt more awake after the second 10 mcg dose. This morning when I woke up, I felt a little joy, for some reason. I got this spring-feeling in me. And I thought "must be because I got more T3 in me!", and I think I could be right too. Nothing very bad happened yesterday. Had some skipped beats, but.. Nothing huge. Temp and pulse holding up fine.I'm just so irritated and depressed over my huge belly now!!!T. > Or did you mean like I'm an idiot cause I'm waiting too long before I do so, as a fact? Haha.. Guest guest
Well I thought I was ready for an increase, but today I have this MAJOR stress in me 45 min after taking my first T3, so.. I dunno! :-( Too low Ferritin? Too low cortisol?Hahaha... I have joked about it several times with my family... I do look pregnant! Haven't checked it yet tho. Haha. >This morning when I woke up, I felt a little joy, for some reason. I got this spring-feeling in me. And I thought "must be because I got more T3 in me!", and I think I could be right too.
