I woudl ask about the ranges being differnt adn how they comparreto one another, it also could indicate inflammation somewhere in your body. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Dear Val, I asked about the difference in range and was told I was within range and I was referred to my doctor. Since the lab insists that it was the same method being used, it looks like the goal posts have been moved. I had my doctor on the phone who did not seem very worried by the increase in ferritin. On the basis that the lab technique was the same for both tests would you be worried in my position? As for inflammation I have had sore feet for ages without if ever seeming to impact my ferritin levels. Feet have improved immensely since starting T3 and HC. I am wondering if I could have a gut problem. If I have could this have a serious impact on my T3 therapy? Guest guest
I am not sure I would worry about it as it is not even near th etop of the range, btu if you are, get a full iron panel done. It may just be the better T3 levels is cusig you to hold ferritin much better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
