Guest guest
Yeah, I might have had low sodium at the time. Didn't run blood samples that day, so... Hmm, so low sodium can cause fibrillation? Could also be low aldosterone, sodium(another adrenal hormone). > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > Yes it is not pnly possible it is likly it was th elow ferritin . > > > > -- > > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > > > http://www.stopthet hyroidmadness. com/ > > http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ NaturalThyroidHo rmonesADRENALS/ > > http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/ > > http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/HypoPets/ >
Guest guest
God it feels like my belly is sticking so much out that it's hard to breathe. I wanna cut it off!!! Seriously, how do I fix this problem? Can I work out a little? I never do anything but walking outside calmly for 10 minutes daily. Bet this stomach is bad for my heart. Which just skipped some more beats... 30 minutes after taking HC/T3!

Seriously, how do I fix this problem? Can I work out a little? You can exercise as much as you feel able. Don't push it to the point of exhaustion though. It's probably hypo and hopefully will clear once you are adequately medicated and clear resistance Nick
Guest guest
Thanks Nick.Ok, cause I know I can't go past 100 or 110 when moving around while having Hypo and _AF_, so I haven't really been doing much. Just brief walks outside my apartment. I will start doing a little more tomorrow, like, situps and stuff like that.I do have a feeling that my internal fat around the heart is growing - Is this possible with a Colesterol within the normal range? >God it feels like my belly is sticking so much out that it's hard to breathe. Guest guest
Walking is great exercise- sit ups don't reduce belly fat. Sadly there is no such thing as spot reducing.
