Guest guest
I know your appt is on the 18th, but you would think he would want to get you started on a treatment plan right away since you are pregnant. I hope all goes well. It is scary and even scarier when you are worried about your unborn baby. How far along are you? Believe me, it's scarey, and sometimes I'm worried I'm not going to make it through this pregnancy, which is my first concern.> > Are you seeing an MD or an ND? Have you had labs, been through any kind of thorough diagnostic process that tends to confirm rT3 resistance. Be careful.> Lee>
Guest guest
, That is hard that you are away and not near your doctor. It's scary when a lot of these doctors just have no clue for a problem that so much of the population has, to at least a certain degree. Actually I DO get weird heard and dizzy symptoms if I drink anything with caffeine, and have since I was a teenager. They told me I had MVP, but when they did an echo on my heart a few years ago, they tell me I don't have MVP. So whatever it is...I do get the weird heart sensations, pounding, dizziness, etc. when I have caffeine drinks, dark chocolate (milk choc doesn't bother me unless I eat a huge amount of it). I had opera cake (MAJOR caffeine) a few years ago, but I didn't know it was laden with caffeine (expresso) and all night my heart was just racing. I look back at it now and it was probably an A-fib attack, but it was pretty scary. I am super sensitive to caffeine and always have been since the first time I ever tried it. Good thing I have never been a coffee drinker. Hope all goes well and you are feeling better soon. This has been going on since last Thursday and I did lower my T3 back to 50 mcg today and yesterday but still having a "beating drum", painful heartbeats. Nick, you said it sounded like possibly adrenal, could it be caused by too much HC? Anyone experience bad heart symptoms after eating sugar or coffee(even decalf)? I'm at a loss to figure out what is going on here so I've been thinking of any possibility ,but really worried and not knowing what to do.Thanks for your input, in CA
