Iron (ferrous) Bisglycinate? Anyone know anything about it?

Has anyone used Gentle Iron by Solgar? It's Iron Bisglycinate (a chelated form

of ferrous iron).

I tried the Bluebonnet but didn't like having to take so many pills a day since

the highest dose I could find was 18 mg.

I'm using Bluebonnet 27 mg from iherb online.

Thsi is a good form of iron ans seems to be well tolerated the onyl

probale being we need to take 150-200mg a day to bring ferritin up.
