Guest guest
Nick or Val, Doc does not " get " the RT3 problem I have so I'm going on my own, with the help of all of you! I understand how to start with supplementing the low ferritin, but not sure what to do for the high cortisol. Are my cortisol levels high enough to worry about? Ferritin - 36 ng/mL (10-291) RT3 ratio - 12.1 (per Val) Salivary Cortisol: Morning: 11.6 (8.0-15.0) Midday: 6.2 (3.0-7.0) Evening: 6.6 (2.0-4.0) *HIGH Night: 5.5 (<1.5) *HIGH Thanks everyone, Sandi P.S. I'm a web designer, so Nick, if you need help with that, I'd be glad to help....
