>Hi Nick. I know I feel hypo too. This isn't working obviously. I take 22.5 mcg

in the morning and 15 mcg in the evening of the Slow Release T3.

Horribly under medicated then. That works out at 37.5. The sustained

release can be half the strength of regular T3 so more like 20 if you

are lucky!

The majority of people on good quality, well absorbed, regular T3 need

between 75 and 125 a day to feel non-hypo AFTER resistance has

cleared. Some are under that and some over, I have been on 150 for a

few months myself, I think I have some resistance that is not RT3

related but had a big clearance after being on T3 for 11 weeks showing

I had a lot of RT3 issues too..

The STTM guideline for Natural is people being on 3 to 5 grains a day.

Even that with the T4 as well has more T3 in it than you are on. (38

of T4 and 9 of T3 per grain)

You need a Dr who will adequately medicate you, or to do what some of

us do and import prescription free T3 from Mexico and take

responsibility for our own health. Being under a competent Dr is

preferable but self treating is an option,

need to find another doctor. Anyone know a good one in Ventura/Santa Barbara CA?

Sorry, I am in the south of England, (the original one that is)

If you need a source for decent T3 e-mail me direct.

Ratio is fine but you are VERY hypo with FT3 at the bottom of the

range.

Most people need that number at the top of the range or a little over

How do you feel??
