Waking up feeling shaky inside

I did my 3 months of T3 only, brought my rT3 down to 3 or so, don't have Adrenal

issues, and am now 3 weeks into being back on NT.

I am using Thyroid S and taking 1 1/2 grains (before T3 only I couldn't tolerate

more than 1 grain, but have since brought my Ferritin from 16 to 70, so should

be ok for higher dose.

I am monitoring my pulse and body temp, and still add a little T3 to keep them

in range, while the Thyroid S builds up in my system.

My question is about how I feel in the morning when I wake up, not just now, but

has been this way for a few years since my thyroid lobectomy. I normally sleep

through the night ok, but when I wake up in the morning I feel a little shaky

inside and just plain yuck! I don't feel rested and refreshed. However, as

soon as I am up and out of bed I feel fine. I yearn for a morning when I wake

up feeling calm, refreshed and ready to go!

I did have a cortisol test done that showed a little spike at 2.00 a.m. (above

normal) but back to normal rest of the times...

Comments, suggestions appreciated!
