Stomach pains and bloating

This morning my stomach was extra bloated. It's really sticking straight out. It looks so bad.I also got a bad pain in my stomach yesterday, and it's still there today! Went to the GP, he said it was not my appendix. And my urine had no blood in it. My white blood cell count is normal. So there should be no infection in me. Does anyone know what this can be? Related to HC or anything? It also feels like I need to pee longer and more than normal, plus I have some pain in my left side of the back when I inhale. GP had no clue.Also upped to 35 mcg T3 today, up from 30 mcg. Went fine so far. When can I notice the mcg changes?
