I felt measurably better quickly but then crashed harsd on fatigue. When I first switched to T3 it was fantastic! I could remember feeling like

that 20 years ago.

I can't predict your experience because I'm not through 12 weeks and we're all

unique. I did find out mid way through I NEEDED HC and hadn't realized it early

on. Before HC, lots of bad days, lots of hypo feeling. Since HC, it's going

smoother. It is the hypo feelings that are become your guides to take next

steps like increasing or staying level at your T3 level, or up something else.

Good luck! Make sure you get those ferritin and adrenal levels (and maybe B12)

checked. Everything Nick has on his website is important to read through on a

regular basis. And read through what others are dealing with and ask questions.

It's a great group for learning and supporting each other!

I'm sure others have wisdom to give as well...
