The plus side is I have lost 9 pounds without feeling hungry. Rather a drastic way of losing weight though Nick

Guest guest
Wow Nick, are you ok?? Isn't ketosis something that only happens when people eat a NoCarb diet? I know nothing about this! Wish you a quick recovery!!! > >Sorry to hear that you have been ill Nick. I hope you are feeling better now! Getting better slowly, can think straight today at least but very weak. Recovering but not eaten anything more than a couple of squares of chocolate and a couple oc biscuits for 3 days so it's a " no carb " taken to the exteeme, no carbs or anythiing else. An impressive way of losing weight though! Nick
Guest guest
WHAT happened to you man? Sounds scary! I mean, why did this happen? >Wow Nick, are you ok?? Guest guest
Sorry you're sick but I have to admit I envy the weight loss. Whenever I'm too sick to eat, I gain five pounds! I figure it must be the calorie-dense air I'm breathinf! ;-pGet well!Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerryDate: Fri, 12 Feb 2010 17:06:04 +0000To: <RT3_T3 >Subject: Re: Re: Not been well >Wow Nick, are you ok?? Guest guest
> >WHAT happened to you man? Sounds scary! I mean, why did this happen? Stomach bug of some sort, been sleeping for 2 days apart from frequenct visits to the toilet. Managed to stay awake today but feel pretty fragile still. A rather drastic way of losing weight! Guest guest
Agreed, not the best way to lose weight. I was thinking it might be tough to take T3, but you take it sublingually, don't you? That should still work, I imagine... Glad you're on the road to recovery. I sometimes take sublingually and sometimes chew and swallow, the Grossman taste as good as Armour used to Nick
Guest guest
Some time ago I ate a bad salad and was sick with horrible stomach pains and lived in the bathroom. I felt like someone was stabbing my stomach and intestines. Then I remember I had a bottle of probiotics in the frig. I took almost the bottle and within 30 mins I stopped hurting. The good bacteria went in there and began war with the bad guys. I got this from another person who got terrible stomach flu and did the probiotics and he recovered real quick. Though it is too late now to tell you. Glad you are well... > > >Wow Nick, are you ok?? Guest guest
A bunch of my friends here in the states have had a horrible stomach virus go through our families. One family found the homeopathic remedy " arsenicum " and discovered it was quite effective. I will definitely get some for the next time we need it. It is suppose to be effective for viruses and food poisoning. It's also very easy to give to children. We took a lot of probiotics before we learned about the homeopathy. The children recovered quickly, but it lingered for nearly a week for dh and I. Glad you are feeling better Nick.

Guest guest
Nick, you must be going through menopause! That's what doctors have told me for the last 20 years when I tell them about soaking my pillow with night sweats -- since I was about 23 years old. Anyway, hope this gave you a giggle and that you get better soon.
