I have been told I have to eat at least 30g of fibre a day because it now appears I have diverticulosis. go figure, until a year ago I had never had a formed stool (not since birth), one year gf and I have not had constipation and yet here I am with diverticulosis a year after going gf. any ideas how to get that much fibre into me since I can't use All Bran flakes. I eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. I went and looked up the fiber content of them all and you have to eat a whole lot of fruit to make 30g a day.
