Guest guest
Not a blooming clue, Sue - only just got my head around scart v SVHS and my video overriding the TV and the DVD not overriding anything. The only thing that helped me (had picture and sound but no colour) was that an engineer in our local independant telly shop, suggested I looked at the SVHS settings on the TV and switch them off if possible - does that helps? Don't know how that translates to a laptop though. Or how about updating the drivers. My DVD in the pooter works wonderfully. But then again its integral. And my DVD under the TV works wonderfully too - how about hiring one quick. I love DVD. Sue

He's not a lot of help with your problem, apart from to ask if Singapore is also Region 4 and if not, could this be causing the problem? (I thought Region 4 was sort of South London and the South East?) Anyway, with all that Christmas sunshine, what are you doing watching DVDs ;-)
